AI transparency (Art. 50 AI Act)

This site may use AI systems. The binding rules are Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), especially Article 50. Those transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026.

• Chat / AI agent (/ai): You are informed that you are interacting with an AI system (Art. 50(1) — interaction transparency).
• Image generation (/ai-image): Outputs are labelled as AI-generated.
• Blog: Posts may be AI-assisted and then human-reviewed. Editorial responsibility: Kateryna Nils. Under Art. 50(4) second subparagraph, deployer disclosure for AI text on matters of public interest does not apply where there is human review/editorial control and a person holds editorial responsibility. We still add a prudent “AI-assisted” note on posts.

§ 6 DDG (German Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz) regulates commercial communications (ads), not AI content labelling.
